Report:
Fishing on Tarryall Creek was RED HOT!!  Rick was a first-time angler and was quickly introduced to some of Colorado’s prettiest rainbow and brown trout.  Dry flies with bead head droppers were the order of the day.  Both Steve and Rick hooked and landed countless trout throughout the morning.

Most of the fish were between 10-15 inches, but a couple came to hand in the 16+ inch range.  Although weather threatened a couple times, the fish remained very active.  Almost every likely spot produced a savage strike from a feisty fish.

The day ended perfectly, with Rick landing the largest bow of the day on his last cast on a dry fly.  Although our anglers lost count of the number of fish caught, the best guess was 60+ landed and released.

Fishing should remain very good at all the Tarryall properties for the next several weeks.  Small stream fly fishing at its finest!
