The North Fork Meadows

This section of the South Platte River is located under an hour from Denver! As the name suggests, the river flows through large hay meadows and contains even larger trout!! These hard running fish will test the capabilities of even the best gear. Last season these big strong trout were responsible for breaking several fly rods! With easy bank access, big fish willing to eat a variety of flies, including streamers, nymphs, and dry flies, it is a great place to learn the ins and outs of fly fishing. Spending a day on The Meadows will give any angler a thrill and a new appreciation for how good the South Platte River can fish. Rod Fee of $250 a person with a minimum of 2 anglers.
