Rolling J Ranch

We couldn’t be more excited to announce a new private water stretch where we can offer our guided fly fishing trips.  The Rolling J Ranch, is located just past Leadville Colorado and boasts 3 different rivers on the property.  The Arkansas River (which is the highest elevation gold medal trout stream in the world) the Lake Fork of the Arkansas, and Halfmoon Creek.  In 2018 extensive stream work was done on the property meaning you can fish the Rolling J year around, regardless of the river flow or temperature (the Lake Fork is a tailwater and rarely freezes.)  The stream work also gives the giant trout that inhabit the property plenty of places to feed.  You pick if you want to catch them on dry flies, streamers or nymphs!  We are currently booking trips at the Rolling J, let us know if you’d like to join in on the fun!
