A rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, hybrid cut-bow trout, brown trout, and brook trout are the 5 species that make up the slam.  Although it doesn’t happen at every outing, the trout are always there in this 2 mile private trout haven.

During the different seasons, Longmeadow Ranch can offer great dry fly fishing,with great red quill and green drake hatches in the summer.  Streamer fishing can be outstanding on the right day, and nymph fishing is normally very productive.   Often there are great sight fishing opportunities available!
